What owners
ask us.

How much does a riad or villa in Marrakech earn?

There is no honest answer without a visit. Send me the address, the type of property and the number of bedrooms — a 12-month projection within 24 hours.

What commission?

20% all-inclusive. No add-ons, no hidden fees. Subcontractor invoices passed on to you as-is.

Do I need a permit to rent?

Yes. We file the application with the prefecture under our operator name and declare the income for you.

Time from signature to first guest?

Seven days. Signature on Monday, first check-in the following Friday.

Exiting the contract?

60 days' notice, no penalty. You leave with the guest history, the codes, the photos.

Can I block the property for my own use?

Yes — free, unlimited. Two clicks in the owner portal.

Who pays if something is damaged?

The guest, through the platform security deposit. Minor breakage is absorbed by the operator.

Non-resident taxation?

Taxable in Morocco. We provide your accountant with the necessary exports, invoices and certificates.

Why you rather than a local agency?
