The 20% commission is calculated on the amount received per stay (after platform payment). For example: a 1,000 € stay generates 200 € in Havn Stays fees, and you receive 800 € net. No hidden fees, no surcharges, no ambiguity. It's clear and transparent each month in your dashboard.
None. The only costs beyond our 20% are direct property expenses: extraordinary cleaning fees (charged to travelers), major renovations, new furniture. These are operational costs, not management fees. Havn Stays only charges the agreed commission.
